Log in to your PayPal account and under the header 'Resolution Center', you'll find the 'Dispute Transaction' button. You'll need the transaction number, but that is on the email you got from PayPal when you paid Monte the money...

When you go into the Resolution Center and click on Report a Problem, there will be a button next to the Transaction Number that will bring up a window with all of your recent transactions in it, you just have to click on the one from Monte. What a PITA this has become over $9. Rolling Eyes

Blankmange-did you escalate yours to a claim yet?

I got the mail today already and still nothing. He hasn't responded to the claim I initiated last night either.

BWD--if you don't have your stickers by the end of the week I would escalate it to a claim. Read up on paypal the differences, you need it to be a claim in order to get your money back.

I too got an email from Monte and a refund through paypal....pretty pathetic that it took a month and a half for this to happen. His email says he hasn't gotten them from the printer yet, but then refunds the money.....which leads me to beleive we were never going to get the stickers anyway. If they were already being printed there wouldn't have been a refund. I'm glad we got the refund, but I hate being lied to. This story hasn't made sense since I first questioned wether we would be receiving our stickers back in mid April. Lie after lie when there was any communication at all. Simply awful. I hope Monte isn't allowed to post ads on TS anymore until he can demonstrate he can deliver on his promises.

The story simply wasn't adding up and with the complete lack of communication from Monte, I felt what I was doing was right, and in the end it turned out I was. All of this could have been avoided with a little bit of honesty and some simple emails from Monte. Oh well, what's done is done, at least we got the money back.

I'll be satisfied when I get my money; it takes a couple of days for PayPal to process the refund...

Yes, I remember it well. I honestly felt the guy would come though! Embarassed
Then others in here started saying they got theirs and I felt kinda like "I told you so" Razz
Then the BS started, "Oh, I sent yours, I remember your name" Then he call Blankmange (Dave) Big Wave Dave! Yeah, he told me that he was making sure mine went back for the new run, last week. Now a refund with no explanation! Brick wall

depends upon how you fund your PayPal: if you paid with PayPal and a credit card, it went back as a credit to your card; if you have a bank account attached to your PayPal account and paid that way, it'll be money in your PayPal account until you either spend it or transfer it to your bank account...
