| Has anyone cut into the bottom A-pillar to service the bottom door hinge plate? My 3 bolts are 100% frozen but the plate/hinge is loose( the door will pop open if you hit a bump right. Tried hearing them with torch, using Kroll for thr last few weeks and they don't budge. New to the type 3 game. Any tips or tricks? |

I use a long 1/2" breaker bar with a #4 Phillips bit & lots of pressure when breaking my 2 bolt hinge bolts loose.
I've cut out upper/lower A pillar sections to weld in if the hinge is garbage.
