Does anybody know if their email address on their website is correct or do they just not respond to emails? I have twice sent them emails about a serious enquiry I have. So far, no reply after almost a month. Should I give up? It feels like they're just not interested. Mad

Thanks miniman I guess you are saying they don't respond to emails? Kind of begs the question why companies publish an 'enquiry email' address and then ignore the email enquiries that are sent to it..

I am serious but as I live in the UK there is a big time difference which makes calling them difficult whereas I can send an email 24/7...

There is another Kennedy thred in here someplace and they do respond to email and are quite helpful with info and solving problems promptly with there products...
