When looking at replacing the CV boots on a normal manual tranny cv boots are all the same does this also apply to the automatic tranny people? I'm looking at getting the Rockford boots as suggested many times on here. Just checking to make sure I get the right set. Thanks

CV Boots are the same auto vs. manual; as well as all 4 being the same on an individual bus.

That's what I thought just making sure (first time acutally doing this on a VW) never had one that moved well enough to worry about them!

The boots and joints are the same on a manual and an automatic but be aware that the axles are NOT the same on each side with an automatic. Remove and service one side at a time and you'll be OK.
