Here's the finished fuellines loosely fitted. Still need to tighten the joints and make a few supports to avoid the worst vibations.

I like it!! But shouldnt you use alittle rubber someplace because of the vibration?? I dont know for sure, just thought I would throw that out to ya.

Removed the frontseats and started dismantling the small parts in the dash etc. prior to repaint. Had to peak under the floormats to check the floorpans too..

Looks pretty rotten to me... Wink

I have never seen a beetle door that have had a plastic foil behind the doorpanels before either...

To top it all the PO had appearantly "sealed" the fenderbeading with vaseline!!!

Getting ready for repaint.

Sanded off the spraycan Seesand off the fender and also paintstripped the area where I had hammered out a big dent.

I think I did get the dent out pretty good.
