Stuck Oil Drain Plug.

I bought a 1993 Eurovan with a 5-speed. I was trying to change to oil and the drain plug is stuck. Instead of rounding the head off I stopped. Any tips as to get this bitch out?

I have never tried this on an oil plug, but sometimes trying to tighten a seized screw can actually break it loose enough to back it out. Though this is usually for rusted bolts and I wouldn't think a drain plug would be rusted in. Do EV's have a steel oil pan? Vanagons can strip very easily since the threads are in aluminum, but EV's???? I don't know. Thus, try it at your own risk.
