Sure looks well done, but... Confused Crying or Very sad ...IMHO has lost all of its old charme and character. the old bumper trims and smooth nose panels were just killer. probably repainted the interior as well ?
but to each his own of course.

Love the new way you've got it .
As Everett says, the color scheme make him pretty industrial... If it was mine, i'll just add a fine white strippe on the body or on the wheels ... i say this i say nothing, really good job on this one .

this is not going to be an argument about what and if somebody is able and allowed to do with his bus.of course it's yours and it is good to see a bus thoroughly restored and painted on one hand. it looks ok with its new paint and stance.
On the other hand it makes a few people around the world cry, including me. thinking of all that glory, character and history gone (like seen in the pics below) is a sad thing. many guys would go to great length to save an og paint dash like yours.
That said, it is only to show that not everybody likes what you did and we will have to agree to disagree on this. I am not hating, just saying. Hoping that other people seeing this will not wipe out 60 years of history with a blaster and paint.

that's why you did what you did.
others seem to rather be 'caretakers' of old cars and preserving their history for the next generation of car lovers.
