CARC paint

Anyone know much about it? Usually it is Sherwin Williams frame paint used in military application.

ok if this is what i think it is , It is for chemical decontamination not real ideal for civ uses . i do like the texture .

I know it's wicked bad to breathe... If you find some, mask up good when you spray it.

Military Vehicles Magazine caters to MV restoration, and I remember seeing articles on this type of paint.
