Him and his wife Dottie were customers of mine for nearly 25 years. Such nice people. Did a lot of charity work over the years. Bill was always gracious to all that approached him. Xatie’s brother worked with many celebrities. There’s only two that made him star struck. Stevie Wonder and Bill Schonely.

He was a regular at the Rusty Pelican Restaurant in Portland back in the 80's - brought a lot of his customers in for lunch, and he and his wife came in for dinner quite often - if only all customers were as nice and gracious as they were.

She lived down the hall from me for yrs. Till I moved to the North Valley few ago. Saw her wondering the parking lot by subway a few months ago. |
