Looking good - better put a hose out somewhere on the oil breather vent otherwise it won't stay looking good for long!!

Another note is your distributor is clocked 45* counter clockwise.

I know. When I put it back together, the notch was in that location. Can I move everything over to line it back up. Does it not have to be on the notch for tdc 1?

Rotate distributor, rotate relocate wires, retime. Good to go.

This^^ or put the engine on TDC for #1. Pull the distributor. If the drive gear is installed wrong, pull it up and reinstall it correctly.
When I bought my bus, the engine builder installed the drive gear wrong. I could rotate the distributor body into the right position. However, the plug wires crossed over themselves for them to be positioned correctly in the cap.

I spent 15 minutes to pull the distributor and fuel pump. I then pulled and repositioned the drive gear correctly. The rotor now points at the notch on #1 when it's on TDC for #1. The distributor body is clocked correctly and the plug wires are on the distributor cap in the right holes which corrected the plug wires laying over themselves and touching.
