found this in a box of random VW parts that came with the 67 beetle I recently acquired.

is it a bra? something that maybe clips and hangs inside of the car, down around the front pedal area?

or maybe it has no business being in this VW parts box at all?

Looks like a D cup.

All seriousness aside, that's a convertible top boot. For what, I cannot say.
