nice, thanks for the input and a great bus! do you happen to have any as found pics?

i had the revelation on the inner dr handles with aaron at the woodburn show,im pretty sure the deluxes thru 60 are "ahead of the times" in terms of getting the newer dr handles

If deluxes all looked like that I might start liking 'em!

I don't have any history on mine. I found it in NC. It had no bumpers or back seats.
I have a friend that has a Aug 58 singlecab.

I don't think that the tailight height changed at the same time as the bumpers. I could be wrong.

I did but the glue I used sucked and it peeled at the edges. I haven't done much to it lately. It will get some TLC in the near future.

Sconord just got an unmolested german delivered Oct. 58(I think) segapone panel. It has high tail lights, non overrider non pressed bumpers, and original black front seats.

Everett, if you read this...a ways back there was a SWR panel with white pressed bumpers, I think it had original VW "bubblehead" logos on it or something? In the classifieds...is there anyway to access old records?

I live on the OCEAN- Salt air loves old buses. It is Primer and two coats of paint. It is removable with sanding.

It needs doglegs, rockers, front valance, etc.

Enlighten me, please.
