Hi, does anyone know if it is a good idea to put two carbs on a stock 1300 engine and if so what carbs are best? Any help would be great. Thanks!

I have run a set of kads 40 on a 1300 but with the 1300 dual port heads and drilled carb for vacum advance. It woke up the engine but required change of jets to get it right. I suppose if you tinkered enough maybe a set of 34,s may work easier. I have found it best to leave those 1300,s stock and enjoy them for what they are.
