I just want some reassurance. Looks like i may have found my needle in a haystack. I have a nov 22 1962 build date and iI found an engine case #7 231 978. Is this not a november engine # or did I get that lucky.
If Im reading the chart in the technical section correctly, I'm looking for engine range from 7 215 250 - 7 313 000. This case may be a little early in the month, but I don't think i 'm not sure anything closer will surface.

Also if anyone has the correct rev limiter I would also be interested in that

Have a 99% original Jan 58 - well apart from the engine that is!!!

Have two '57 engines (one is a parts motor) - does anyone have one for sale/trade?

I have some other stuff which might be of interest....

2 156 322 to 2 206 943 if I've read the site correctly...

Add me to the list of hunters - I am lucky enough to have a birth certificate from the PO they received in 1995 back when they listed original engine numbers so...

I am looking for Engine # : H0-758-698

The PO replaced the engine with a stroker from OldSpeed and it is unclear if he returned the block for a core charge refund - and even if so, not sure that was the original, could have been replaced previously also..

Anyhow, I know it is a long shot but if you happen to have this one please contact me! My bus is pretty unusual so it would be really meaningful to me if I could reunite the engine with the chassis.

Hello everybody. Id like a 36hp April 58. as close to 2 301 294, my original case number if possible. Would you believe I found a case 200 less but it was totalled by a bolt clanging around inside. Another a month early ie March, but only 18076 off (I'm keeping this one in mind for sure), and another late April case but 40000 off.

Id love to find a 2301### case. Miracles do happen right? Wink
