Running them on my front wheels because....ummmm they wouldn't work without them
The edge of my 16" wheels would rub the front knuckle without the 7mm spacers I got from T3Technique. Chris (loogy) has a great product. Nicely machined and are hub centric.
Are you looking to just widen your stance? You usually run spacers out of necessity, though looks and performance issue can come into play. _________________ -------------------------

x2 on Loogy's spacers. 7mm up front and 12mm in rear. The fronts were necessary to clear the upper control arm, the rears provide clearance for chains. _________________ '85 Westy |

I made a 3/8 thick set for my first set of 15s. No problems. The holes for the bolts should only have a little slop.

I initially had to use two sets of pot-metal Pep Boys specials to get the offset my 15" Audi Rims and Agilis tires needed. The snugged right over each other, but I had my misgivings.
It WORKED, and proved how good the new rims and tires were, but I got vibration quite often at all speeds. I finally ordered a purpose built set of exactly the right size, and my vibration disappeared. That being the case, I love 'em.

Im running 8mm non hub centric spacers. The hub centric style is nice for an easier install, if you want those then Loogy is your man. I was on a bit of a budget so I tried a set of generic 8mm I had access to. I have found that so long as you are careful when you mount your wheels and retorque them after a few miles (as you always should no matter what) you will have no troubles. I have been several thousand miles, sustained speeds of up to 90 MPH (Subaru conversion), and been over some pretty rough roads and have yet to experience any vibration issues. The key is to make sure you get properly rated lug bolts, 10K vs 8K (again, Loogy is your man). Dont be afraid of spacers. I just wont trust anyone but myself to mount my wheels properly from now on... a small price to pay but more than worth it! _________________ 85 Westy w/ 2.2L Subaru

I am running 12mm front and rear with 16" MB wheels. I ordered the spacers and hardware through loogy. I can't say enough great things about him and the help he gave me. I fitted 225/70/16 Yokohama tires on them. The look is great and my Westy rides like a dream. _________________ 09 Suzuki SX-4 Crossover |
