F.I. vacuum line sizes in SAE?

Dropping the engine today on my '78 to replace the throwout bearing and install a Bug Pack HD shaft. When unhooking everything, I really started thinking its time to replace the plethora of vacuum lines on the engine. I have never cared for the covered German lines (hides cracks, etc.). So, does anyone know what SAE sizes are the best fit? I have everything labeled, so don't want to start pulling hoses off to take them in with me. Figured Randy or someone would know the best sizes off the top of their heads. Just want to buy some bulk rolls and do it all once I've reinstalled the engine. Thanks.

Hi,

There are 5 different sized vacuum hoses in the engine bay. They are 3.5mm, 4mm, 9mm, 12mm and 13mm and some of these sizes are difficult to get a hold of.
