You could go to the dealer and tell them what you are looking for and watch their expression. They probably won't even know VW made a vanagon truck.
Some truck stuff is hard to find and since they aren't common the price goes up. If you can't afford the parts then you really can't afford the car. Wink

If anybody knows of another truck part specialist I am always looking. Idea

A buddy of mineused bed material from a local supplier. These are designed for an earlier truck like a split window or Bay window. They fit well ,but he now has no engine hole.
Buying parts from Tristar connection is a no brainer. He speaks English and ships world wide at a competitive rate. I have met Lars and have been to his shop and seen his vast inventory.
If you could get the part #'s ,sometimes the local dealer can order stuff for you. My father has an 89 single cab and they ordered some truck only sheet metal with no problem. Also do not rule out Canada ,most of the dealers up there are easy to get along with ,but shipping and customs would kill you.
I think you'll find that Lars prices are more than reasonable and he has the parts in stock.
