Paid £125 via paypal on 1st June for a supposedly mint SO42 table on the cargo door. Despite emails to what I think are all the other emails, and pm's on here and SSVC, I have had no communication from Emiliano since my payment.
I see he is now active on this site and thus can only assume he is ignoring me. I have now started a paypal dispute.
Proceed with caution with this seller - very poor communicator.

Poor interesting TO buy the piece.
Payment arrived by paypal with 7 days delay by request.
Piece was sold TO another buyer.
Very negative business with that buyer.

We were able to recover all our money using Paypals resolution centre, sure it takes time and there is a procedure to follow - but its fair. I think the evidence speaks for itself;

I have recently paid for an item from Emiliano on the SSVC. Now I have just read this feedback.

Emiliano since receiving payment has not responded to any of the pms or emails I have sent.
So looks like I will have to open a dispute to get my money back.

No one in their right mind would deal with this person...
As a professional procurement person...my opinion is I would not belive him if he said Good Morning!
I have come across him in several guises and always found it suspicious that he advertised in several places and under several different e-mail addresses.
He has awful feed back and is not a clever scammer..
He even posts his feedback on SSVC.
He is just a scammer!

Hi Everett,
I filed a dispute with paypal, and he still did not respond, So escalated to a claim. And guess what he still did not respond. Paypal refunded me the 127 euro.
I responded to an ad he placed for 3x original commercial hubcaps on the SSVC forum. They were advertised on other forums too.
I asked for pics and I asked questions to confirm originality etc. I had a bad feeling about the seller but decided to go ahead with purchase. Bad move!
Do not deal with this person, I doubt he even has the parts he offers. Been told he uses other peoples pics and his for sale ads are just scams.
I wish I had seen this feedback thread beforehand and save myself the trouble.
He is bad news and not welcome in the classic vw scene.

I have an on going Paypal dispute with this gentlemen as we speak. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY! I have been buying and selling parts all over the world, i have never had one problem until this guy...He is a thief... I think he uses the money you sent him for small intrest free loans or something.. I payed with PayPal on my visa... I will get my money back... One way or the other . He can keep his parts! Cherri's if you have shipped it already... ( Don't know because he will not return email's) I have such a bad taste in my mouth....I don' t even want the part anymore.. I will not give you the satisfaction of selling me anything! Even if it costs me money to ship it back to you... I don't care!!

I bought a handle on 26 October for my bus. Only what is really annoying is that the seller does not respond to emails total. I want to know when I receive the goods. But like I said, no response.
I have been informed and Paypal the Samba.com.
Bad feed back. Not recommended. Still strange when I see what sellers feed back already is on the site states that he still can place adds |

Just so we are clear with this jackass! He gave PayPal a bogus tracking number to try to win the fight on the dispute. I received all my money back today from this guy.. finally... Thank you Ev for banning this jackass from selling on your site!

I have a similar problem with this seller on bugbus.net he works under the name [email protected] or emiliano colombo.
I bought an Enders 9065D Gas Cooker and an Mauser Bowl from that seller. It was in a package together with a model of an So23 and a Brochure.
We agreed on 750,- for the package.
When parts arrived. After a very long period i had to see that the Enders was completly rusty and rusted through on the underside. ( This was not described or seen on the pictures ) and the Mauser Bowl for the Westy was a Mauser Bowl, but a different Model than discrebied. Also the original Mauser Sticker was just a cheap Photocoyp that was glued on.
We agreed on that if I sent the parts back, I will have refund my money.
He got his parts back and already sold them again for a higher price and now refuses to send my money back. He first claimed that paypal did hold it back and he never recived anything. After a written statement from paypal that he got everything he is not responding anymore.
!!! BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER !!! People like him should be banned from the VW Community.
Also he has a englisch email adress but his real adress is in Italy.
Just in case anybody lives close and would like to help out

And the next "victim" is me, just read to late about him...
I bought some backlights from Emiliano and payed via Paypal. Next day he asked if I need some more stuff. We couldn`t work out a price for some other parts so he suddenly told me to refund the money for the backlights. Guess what happend from then - nothing. Except that he advertised the backlights again. Poor guy, Paypal incident is running...
DON`T BUY ANYTHING! For the German users: He also advertises at ebay.kleinanzeigen.de as "Eck" from Hamburg - BE CAREFUL! |
