Man, these unique builds are the best. I always love seeing new ideas coming about. I always see those huge 4 seater sandrails and I think the stretched out 4 seater baja will be way cooler than those.

Saw this on the way back from Ocotillio last year.

Looked like they had cut 2 doors up to make one of the rear doors with square corners.

I did more work on the car The rain channels I cut off the door jaim and welded up the rear half of the body. The rear door hinge area needed to be beefed up so boxed it all in started on the roof.

I don't understand 4 doors. It just looks like you want to put people in the car with you. i.e. dead weight. Stick with 2 and tell them to get their own ride!

I have been wanting to do exactly what your doing for like 2 years. I got two cars i'd hack to pieces to do just what you are doing, a 61 baja, and a 69 baja. and i would have started doing just that, if i had the mad skillz you obviously have Laughing . right now, i'm just lucky enough to get two pieces of metal to stick together, let alone welding a car together, hahaha.

I hope your garage floor is dead straight or when you go to drop that thing on a frame (tube or not) its going to be tough to fit it all together well.
Just my $0.02 worth.
