Find a user named Glenn. He is "Mr. 010" distributor. He rebuilds dizzys. Maybe he will step up a few decades and start to do these.

I got two from GoWesty, but they don't do it themselves. Both had problems and had to be returned, leaving me with a very scrappy looking, but functional OEM dizzy.
For the record:
The first dizzy leaked at the nipple
The second wouldn't spring back when the throttle was released

edit: out of fairness, I want to add that GoWesty were easy to deal with, and very prompt in replacing the first non-working dizzy, and accepting them both for return.
Who knows, maybe GoWesty looking for someone better? I didn't know what to do myself, but the original was better than either rebuilt, so I stuck with it.
There is an O'Reilly's close by to me that is the local warehouse, so they tend to have anything I want on-hand (i.e. alternator, back-up light switch, both of which they had in stock) so I've been tempted to go to them for a replacement dizzy. I don't know that they have 'em, but they've been pretty good so I'm willing to consider that option.
There are enough parts/pieces from NAPA and others that are reasonably good quality that I'm happy to use those parts if I can.

I only work on the older cast iron distributors and have no plans to work on the newer ones. Internal parts availability is the problem with them.. _________________ Glenn

Yeah give them a call- I'm pretty sure they'll do it. Real nice people too, at least on the phone when I called them.
