1&2 speark plug wire retainer, mounts to the breather tower on the rear 6mm stud, missing the black plastic twin wire holder. |

That is a forward reverse leverler thingus that keeps the down up backside from going up down that is controled by the reverse dynamic controler switchs. That black hose looking what ever it is, is the inside-out for the outside-in forward reverse.
Or it could be an automatic nose picker while both hands are busy doing something together. _________________ As they say, "You never know until you ask the question."
