Fellow Sambanista? I found this scene when I got off the train today, my Vanagon chatting with a remarkably straight '86-'87 GL:

No one I know, but I saw a beautiful white Westfalia with a black bra on it heading north down Broadway just past Arapahoe. Given Winston's Agilis and the remaining black ice around, he's been snug in the garage, and I didn't want to spook the Vanagonaut by waving and honking from a Saturn.

Best!

When I ride my bike to work, I often see a lady in Park Hill driving a perfect dark blue Multivan with GoWesty Wheels and bumpers. The first time I saw her, I waved, then realized that I was on my bike and that it probably didn't make any sense. Now she waves every time we pass each other.

My wife and I waved enthusiastically at a lady in a real nice Eurovan Westy a few weekends ago in Lexington, Kentucky. She was sitting at a stoplight, talking on the phone, and waved back somewhat sheepishly. I could just hear her on the phone- "Bob, the hippies are waving at me... can't I have a more normal car??"
