What a classic photo, I wonder where that was taken...wait, maybe that is Trylon as a young boy, he's been reunited with his dad's first car.

They're not thin backs, they're the later style. It has the defroster vent on the parcel shelf (you can see it by the boys head) , that came in Sept.16th 1957- same day the seats changed from thin backs to the later style.

Cool picture, nice brilliant red/black coupe. Did you notice it's only got one wiper arm?!

Yep, just enlarged the picture, not thin backs...still can't see the defroster vent though. Laughing

Edit: Ah yes I see the thin black line of the vent.
