ok you know how you have to push the shifter into the floor and then towards seconed to go in reverse well my shifter wont come back up now i poushed it down to try to go into reverse and now it is stuck like that what do i do guys thx

take the shifter off and see if the spring broke

nope i pulled the shifter off and the spring under it is still good

alex77 is right . That plate is what holds the shifter down.
