also noticed factory welding on frame was strange, one side was spot welds and the other they ran beads. Not sure what that's all about. No sign of wreck.

Got to help a procrastinator tomorrow with some stuff on his panel for the show, then back on the single. Start slingin' some mud on it and get some primer on it.

In my opinion, since you are already going to lower it, why not change it to a vintage color? Slate grey is one of the coolest 356 era colors.

You got my vote dude

Whatever you want Chad. It can be done. Black bumpers would look sick with the grey.

Good thing I ain't bought the Dove yet, I guess.

I'd change up the upholstery then too, ratty grey with new grey wouldn't look so fresh.

Screw painted VW's Porsche colors, I just want a damn 356. Laughing

Worked on the back half of the truck today. Welded 150 or so pins onto it and pulled out the dents. Skimmed with All-metal.

Gray is gay... I mean Gray is played... I mean I think Gray is Okay!!

Do it man. Those BRM's will set it off. BTW, all the pins on the truck have a sweet "Mad Max" vibe going on. Maybe you should do the whole truck like that?!

what is the finish of the master series like? It looks smooth and shiny. If you left it as the top coat for a long time, would it become difficult to clean?

Corey it looks good. I have narrowed it down to 4 colors Jupiter Grey L255, Agave L240, Anthracite L469 and Pearl Grey L21. I think Jupiter Grey is leading the pack. What do you guys think?
