Other than a hubcap, are there any large chrome centers that can cover a stock drum?

CB Performance has aluminum drum covers modeled after 356 Porsche drums. Could be polished to look more like chrome...

Those are nice! Wouldn't work with the mangel-style wheel, though. The CB covers should, but the spun caps need a circular center wheel.

They can easily be made with the larger flange and drilled for the wide 5 pattern too

(the rears are a slightly different design than the fronts, with a square-shouldered center opening, thru which your rear drum "jesus nut" protrudes)
