I have seen rooms for Fiamma awnings. Pretty spendy from the manufacturer. You just need to try and find one in the US market other than the one dealer.

dbcdad: Can you tell me about your front 'tackle' box and do you also have one on the rear? I'm interested. Really do love your tent but I think its just too much for me to put up and take down alone.
I have an electric bike with an acid battery (its heavy), would I be able to carry that on a box like yours?
Everyone I realize that this thread is dedicated to a side tent, so if a new thread has to be started could you? Thanks. really really interested in front and/or rear boxes or platforms. _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

t.y. Will I find his in that thread? I'm interested in his specifically.
dbcdad: Can you post all your info (structural et al) about your boxes in the above mentioned thread or send me a private message.
That's all I was asking. Was NOT trying to vandalize this thread. _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

Anyone have information on this particular Westfalia side tent?
I picked this up and I'm looking for any information on it. The previous owner said it was imported from Germany and is specifically for model year 1985. Any others out there?
