I don't know about that, I find VW stuff all over do to CL, and I'm an old folk
Half the Buses I've sold ( a bunch over the years) came from CL ads, as did this seat:

That is s screen shot ^^^^^^^ from the American Pickers show, Mike asked about the Truck, but it was part of the "core" collection, NFS, Jay, the guy I got the stuff from, had a great pick of the Truck w/some 30' beams on the Bed, w/ a counter weight at the cab end of the bed. It was cool to see Jay & all the other stuff they had, stuff I just got a quick look at, the 1899 Stanley Steamer was cool !
Looks like it is still rocking the PG/SG bumper too. _________________ Tom

American Pickers Coyote bus from Texas.
Mrs. Fish says I missed another bus earlier a 54 Barndoor from a guy named Tony. I think it was Skim's.
Edit: I've been sick so watching a lot of TV today. I'm watching the Crukab's Ed Battison episode right now. _________________ Prosit!

I ran into Jay last week @ work, 1st thing he asked "did you see it" He said Mike was curious about what VW stuff he used to have.....
He said it was not that scripted, just the pulling into the yard part, I asked if he called them, no, and he thought I called them--- No Fuck'en way I'm telling anyone where there is still a VW truck stashed away....
Jay put a TON of work into this place, good to see he got his 15 Min. _________________ Tom

I can't be alone in catching Mike Wolfe ask about the "35 horse" motor in the '52 when they picked it up from J-3. But he's a "VW guy",...surely he wouldn't utter such a verbal transgression. Perhaps just a moment of cereberal flatulence. |
I noticed that too. Ole Mike is a good guy and a die hard VW guy too, he isnt a Samba period correct or nothing else kinda guy , but a great dude none the less. He enjoys old VWs and know quite a bit really, we'll caulk that 35 hp up to a brain fart....
I'm kinda jaded he does drive my ole 62 VW Single Cab truck...

How were the anticipated "profits" listed at the end of the segment? _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

In case you don’t watch the show, often they put up a graphic on the screen after they buy something on a pick that says paid, value and projected profit. _________________ What are the last 2 words of the National Anthem?
