What is a deluxe?

Am assuming it is a model variant that had more amenities than a standard. What would normally be in a deluxe? Or would it have differing accessories dependent on what a customer ordered? How can you identify one from the dataplate? Or can't you?

The Deluxe Version is basically what was shipped to the USA. There are of course particular year differences but as a general rule...

Full headliner around back window and down the B Pillars
Bumper Overriders / Towel Bars
Ivory steering wheel and Dash knobs
Vinyl seats
Hydraulic Brakes instead of Cable brakes
Chrome on the dash
Chrome on the sides of the car
