why didnt I think of this before? the bone yard is full of volvos that have those cool swedish stainless hose clamps that tighten more and don't loosen up. seems that the hose clamps made today are chinese junk. a set from a ten year old volvo, the most rock solid car on the planet [they stack ten of them on top of each other at the auto shows] is just what the doctor ordered.
