It looks factory. I cant see any signs of modification to the bulkhead.
Today while i was loading it onto the trailer the daughter-in-law of the late owner was telling me some history. Apparently in the late 60's it was used as a Tupperware delivery van. Then sometime in the 70's it was retired to the place i pulled it from when she got a squareback for her delivery car.

I believe the vehicle behind it is a Austin 40. It is a beat but a really cool little car.
