the big milwaukee, will buzz of castle nuts, just like they are lug nuts, not been beaten yet, some of the castle nuts they've broke, hadn't ever been off, very impressive IMHO, i had a milwaukee rep at home depot buzz off the castle nuts on my van, i'd over torqued them deliberately, trying to ensure faliure, as i'd told her, i'd buy there and then, if it took off the nuts.
i think i'd gone well over 1200ftlbs, they were bad bearings and have been replaced since, but the impact took them off, i was blown away.
the 18v dewalt i had been using, wouldn't touch lug nuts.

If you like to think of "luxury" as perceived benefit instead of actual cost, then this $7 Harbor Freight transfer pump will have you eating bonbons and sipping bubbly when the job of changing your trans lube is done.
One caveat: if you don't shorten the intake tube be sure to route it into the supply vessel in a piece of PVC to keep the red plastic tube from curling inside the container and sucking air.
Two caveat: gear lube is pretty viscous so be patient and don't force it.

here's a useful tool i cobbled up... an impact screwdriver/torx/etc. using the Holy Grail of impact hammers, the Snap On PH3050, i welded a blank Parker .401 impact shank to an old 3/8" extension with a hole thru it. attach any tool to the drive part. this allows one to hammer away on a #$%@ screw while applying only slight torque with the crossbar. after beating the beejeezus out of them, the screws seem to always yield.

I get it, but the HF tool is a transfer pump. Pulls fluid out of the supply vessel on the upstroke and sends it to the receiving vessel on the downstroke without having to move the hoses around. Extremely helpful for my working conditions at that moment.

After years of hacking away with cheap syringes, etc. I bought the first MityVac mentioned above and appreciate the it was worth spending $25 on.
It looks like amazon sells the HF pump under different brands for a few bucks more...

I just spent some bucks on a torque multiplier to get the rear axle nut off and back on again a bit easier.

Bloody hell! A four foot 3/4" breaker bar and 46mm socket came to ~$75 for me on Ebay a couple of years ago. The breaker bar has proved its worth on several other projects as well.

Yep, I got that too. Plus 2 pieces of 4' pipe for extended leverage that fit inside each other for easier storage to fit over the end of the breaker bar and the torque wrench I use to put the nut back on.
I know for a fact from experience that a Torque Multiplier is faster and easier then using that setup. I can also use a smaller torque wrench. When you're by yourself with only two hands it is easier.
One little trick if you have questionable quality 46mm socket it is a good idea to put a hose clamp around the end that fits over the nut to keep it from cracking. Works on all cheap socket sets you buy at the flea markets!

l considered similar, but ended up with a milwaukee 1/2'' impact.
similar cost, less effort on my part
i fancy the 3/4'' milwaukee impact, also.

Why waste a hose clamp when you can steal a zip tie from a wheel chair bound person? They can’t chase you , either.

Well done - it makes that 46mm nut really easy doesn't it.
The main disadvantage I spotted with the cheap torque multipliers, aside from build quality, is that they don't tell you what torque ratio you're getting, although you could probably work it out by comparing input to output rotations.
