Been looking round on the sites that list the size for all the bulbs used on our Vanagons
(like: http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProducts/AutomotiveLighting/LampReplacementGuide/)
They seem to list everything except the size of the smaller festoon bulb in the map light in the dash above the glove box
Was wondering if anyone knew that one off the top of their head

I looking for the size designation for that bulb because I wanted to buy on from superbrightleds

82 WestyMan, Did you install a light above the glovebox or did your Van come with one ?? I have an 82 as well but dont have any kind of light either in the glovebox or above it  |

I will have to take a look at mine as well. I don't recall there ever being a map light in there either.

It's the 30mm size. The other lights are 42mm.
