So I bought a belt a few months back from my FLAPS and they gave me one with a size of 990mm x 11mm wide.

After since reading in this forum that it should be 1000mm x 9.5mm wide....will I be OK with the one I have or wouldn't you fellas recommend it?

Thanks for any help

Do not run it too tight.
My 73 had the wrong belt when I got it.

I think the Gates interchange number is 7395. You might try that.
