Would a better quality [if there is such a thing; ie not made in China) fix this problem? My starter is a new rock auto item with all new wiring from jbugs. I've ordered a new starter switch just to eliminate that possibility. I've also installed a relay to shorten the path from the switch to the solenoid like the "hard start kit" that some sell. 70 beetle BTW
