Any suggestions for getting the word out to more people in the area? We want to hear from you guys! Who needs some flyers?
We are putting ourselves out there to put on a good event at a good location for all you guys and WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT to keep it going for the future.
Really we don't bite :>) Just want to know your thoughts, comments etc.

Last year some people mentioned that you should do more local advertising. They suggested a banner a few weeks before the show close to the venue.

Yes i remember someone saying something about that. Will have to get with the local club and the track and see if we can get something out there at the road.

| this is coming up dont for get to let every one know about the date change....from june to aug. also has been a good swap meet but really need some more used parts vendors.....so if you are hiding some cool old parts bring them out.... |

Well we can't predict what comes, but we always encourage folks to clean out their VW items and come get a swap space.
When it gets closer, will make a list of the parts vendors I know will be there.
Nobody pre-registers for the vendor area, so it is kinda hard to know.
Used Swap Space is only $35 which includes 1 admission.

Just a few weeks away!
This event is located on the Westside of VA just below Roanoke.
Also, There will be a Pro Outlaw race at the Northern Challenge event in Radford, VA on August 22nd.
- $100 entry fee..... We will put in $200 (Minimum 4 car count ) add the entries to it and payout will be 65/35 100% payout
- Regulations.... must have body / Must be + or - 1in of factory wheelbase / no limits on engine or weight / can have Turbos, NOS, CARB, etc
- Will be run on a Pro Tree
- No rails, dragsters or altereds

- Dune Buggy Dale
- Nathan Lee (planning to come)
- Reggie Lee (planning to come)
- Lee Street (Planning to come)

| there are about 3 or 4 more trying to get there cars ready for this all out heads up class.......will the fastest win???????come join in see for your self. also Hole shot Photos will be on hand with dvds and day of show photos.ck him out..... |

| ok guys and girls this is a new date for this show .let make sure you tell every one.we need to have a great turn out.also there is a lot of talk on the other forums about the PRO OUTLAW class. right now there are 9 trying to get there cars ready for this event. these are the fastest heads up vw race cars on the east coast. also for those that are bracket racing this is the largest pay out on the east coast. so spread the word........... |
