VIN id confusion

Sorry, maybe a dumb question. I tried searching around but want to make sure I order the right lights. Need to make sure and need you experts! Per my VIN my 57 single cab was produced Mar 57. From what I think I understand this may be a mid year model? If so what tail lights should I install? I think I have the OG decklid and it did not have a center breaklight on it. Any and all suggestions would be great! And thanks to those that have given me some advice in my other thread!

If it did not have the center deck lid brake light, it takes the later lights.

You can also tell because it will not have the little square holes below the taillight holes for the reflectors.

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense too. Should be easy to tell if something was filled below the lights. Like you said the reflectors.
