you can tell what year it is by the tag on the body. It is located behind the seats. I saw this for sale on the OK craigslist a few days ago.

| Year is probably based on the year of the chassis. What does the title say for the VIN? |

Cool, how do you know the exact year of one. I was told they were only made from 68-70 but my title states a 73. Im trying to find out the exact year and what it is worth or the history of this bug.Any information you can supply would be helpful.
