a little more detail always helps - kinda a vague description.

when you mean doesnt shift do you mean you cant find the gears? or it will always shift from 3rd to 4th and you cant find 1st or 2nd?

does your clutch grind when you engage it?

how many miles on the clutch? have you checked the slave cylinder to make sure its engaged?

Have you checked the linkage at the trans?

i would start by checking your shifter bushings - then your shift linkage - and then the shifter assembly where it goes into the floor

the parts arent expensive but there is some time involved in resetting your shift linkage.

the bently manual has a very good walkthrough of how to reset your shifter.

Because the brake and clutch hydraulics run off the same reservoir under the dash binnacle. The clutch is fed from a line above the brake so that when you run out of brake fluid, you should have a hard time going... saving you from finding out in a little bit that you'll have a hard time stopping.

Had the same issue, plan on spending 300 bucks on bushings.
VanCafe had the best setup.
I chose the one they make over NOS bits, my only beef is the new bushings are harder so noise transfer from the motor and trans are greater.
