Looking good my friend! How hard was it pulling those rear bearings? I've done several & had some that wouldn't pull out even with the special puller. I had made a custom puller with shims to tighten the fit to get it out. |

I like this build, it's got character. Something a lot of us have forgotten about as we build our own projects. Keep up the progress, I'll be watching your progress! _________________ ~Steven G.~

U got it painted before having the clip welded on? And not to talk smack, but the paint looks like rattle can. Very uneven. Please tell me u have some quality work planned out for this car? |

ok got it down to wedge, heres what what happened.
1. clutch tube came un tac-welded, cut open tunner to find it.
noticed that About 4 inches is missing. So cut open pedal area to see if we can take it out.
here was the front of the clutch tube, shaved off??? and bent. plus the missing 4 inches on the other half. so im getting a new tube tommorow.
Me cutting
heres the Question we had, is the Oval clutch tube Different from the later ones? (like 61-67??) because my dad Said that We might be able to use a later one from a another pan. but we dont know if its different.
any ideas?? _________________ Dad's 4/55 Oval
