i have a non camper gl and want to outfit it with a water storage and filter system
i live in the van and i have to use water bottles outfitted with filters in them to remove all the bad stuff out of city water, but id rather have a better system than filling up water bottles all the time from parks
i was thinking of something like this:

but i would probably have to use a pump to pump the water through the filter. i have a solarpanel and secondary battery so that would be no problem. what do you guys think?

thats exactly what i need, but is there any way to make it cheaper?? those filters are quit cheap and if i could run a pump to it, it would save quit a bit of money compared to 350 dollars

The cost is the UV light I guess and it is 12v and would still need a pump if you wanted to go less money I have been use this at my house from Home depot.

This my filter setup, cost about $30. I use the stock Westy pump. The water tastes great!
