I'm sure someone has one of these or knows who reproduces them. Been looking in the ads with no luck.

The one on the left is for late model cars while the metal one on the right was used during the 60s'.

Glenn-Thanks for the pic. I couldn't find one of the chrome plug. I have a '67 that I am deleting the radio from. I would rock the black one if you know who repros them. Apparently WCM and WW don't make them.

Thanks, Eric. I didn't even consider CIP. I figured they just resold everyone elses stuff.

Heh.. Those repro delete plugs from Cip1 is where I purchased from.
When I got a few, they didn't come in any packaging saying where or who makes them. No 'country of origin' or any logo marking on the back anywhere. Just a single number.

Cip plug on left. Genuine on right.

For the earlier metal center versions: hopefully another vendor will have them in the manufacturers packaging.

And Volkswagen have them in their inventory available as new genuine parts

113 817 295 C cover Genuine Part 0.79 €

They'll mail you one from Germany. VW actually still sell aircooled parts. Not VWoA of course

They are the only company I have seen that has delete plugs. Shipping is crazy high, but I guess if you need the part bad enough...
