Has anyone got any pics of that futuristic kit that was being touted around a few years ago? I think it was moulded plastic, may have had dual headlights and there was a bit of a back-story about the originator dying and the son(?) smashing up the moulds...does it ring a bell with anyone? It was regularly advertised in the classifieds on this forum.

Ta, David.

The first thing I thought was the look of this one compared to an original manx is like comparing a 64' bug to a 74' superbeetle. Much fatter and bulbous.

Even though it looks fatter/wider, the lateral space for the driver and passenger looks very limited.

Looking at the car designs of the 'artist' (on his webpage), he appears to have gotten quite a deal on wraparound windshields...

I'd rather have a Fiberfab Machette. It's way more "Buck Rogers" and looks more fun for street use.

Joe(jsturtlebuggy) won the buggy class at the last Bugorama with his KickOut and that came in second. I wonder what Joe's is worth.

It reminds me of the beautiful high school cheerleader from 25 years ago that porked-out and gained 300lbs when seen at the last class reunion... she was beautiful once (a Manx or a Minx) but now she's gone 'all muffin-top' over the years...

Kudos if seller gets $30k price...
