I would imagine they would, seeing as they're on day 3 in Scottsdale live today...
But it's weird watching it, instead of a bazillion chairs they have Bistro tables so idiots with more money than brains can get good & lit and then bid stupid... _________________ ::: Slowoval ::: LaDawri Sebring ::: '61 Creampuff ::: Dust Storm '66 ::: |

Thank You for explaining what I was seeing.
I forgot Brazilians didn't follow the same timeline as German Bus. _________________ Good Luck

Another banner day at BJ. A 1975 Brazilian split with a 23 window "kit" went for $105,000 and the Porsche 928 used in the movie Risky Business sold for 1.8 million. Not the one that went in the lake. _________________ Prosit!

I didn't examine the photos super closely but this one looks pretty nice.
Good money for it too.
Weird it has a later engine in it but it looks nice |
But the ad says "1200". Nice looking car! _________________ Jimbo

I have to call B.S. on this.
https://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1968-VOLKSWAGEN-KARMANN-GHIA-255152
The claim is "rebuilt engine and 31,722 actual miles."
I suspect that's 31,722 on rebuilt engine. Gotta love BJ wordsmiths
It was supposed to sell on Wednesday but is still showing "available".
I wonder if it was pulled. _________________ "Depression is a malfunction of the instrument we use to determine reality.”

Just another reason I just kept driving past the auction yesterday, on my way to softball....
