The NHL and MLB guys have a thread going so should the NFL fans.
the 2010 season has begun, so let the shit.... I mean the friendly talking begin 
Alot of dissapointments and few surprises. so who's your team?
For me, first game was a dissapointment. DAMM NINERS get you shit together

Patriots fan since I knew what football was. A whole lotta disappointing seasons in the 70's and 80's. Not too many lately.
Got a great young squad, with some of the experienced key players and staff that has worked so well before. Started out really well and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.
Watch out this week Jets.

I would always try to catch a Lions game just to see Barry Sanders run..... great times.

If the Giants defense can hold up to Payton and we can run the ball to set up the pass we will take this game. The Colts have lost Bob Sanders with a ruptured bicept so there already not very great secondary is hurting even more. BUT..The Colts have a good D Line and a few good LB's tho.
Eli needs to have his line pull threw for him, if so he should beable to manage his way threw the Colts Tampa 2 style defense and set up the pass. The Texans only passed for 107 Yards last week and ran for over 200 IIRC, so the play of Eli is not what is going to win this game, I really think it is going to come down to the O and D Line play for both teams. All Eli needs to is hold on to the ball not turn it over and use Jackobs and Bradshaw to run up and down the field. |

I agree with you there, im sure he would have broken Walter Payton record, but we will never know. hey Lion's fans do you think cuz of what happen between Barry and the front office the Lions are cursed??
