When I plug the shore line into power it does not charge the house battery. Is this normal? Is there an easy way to change it? |

Correct it does not charge the house battery.
you need to add an onboard battery charger/maintainer.
you can easily plug one into the 110v outlet under the sink and tie into the camper wiring at the isolation relay under the drivers seat.

There is no built in battery charger. The shore power connection just powers the outlet in the van and under the sink. You can buy a shore power battery charger and connect it under the sink as many people have done, then it will charge your batteries. _________________ 89 Westy 2.1 Auto |

Ditto. This makes it as simple as plugging in the van to keep batteries charged when it sits at home for a few days or weeks. _________________ - Jim
