that last one is supposed to have pictures of the owner's butts attached to the rear left panel, (but) it appears they neglected to do that. Thanks. _________________ One of these days I'm gonna settle down,

This one is pretty amazing, but it seem to have one singular purpose. Just not for everyone.

If the West Coast Customs one ended up like on the first renderings it would have been awesome!!

That was our farm truck. We had 20 acres out in organic farm country South of here, and it was used on a daily basis as a work mule. The van was given to me as a non-runner and it had lots of frame rust from previous time out in the MidWest. I built up an engine cobbled together from new and used parts, and that sucker just ran and ran with nary a problem. I threw it in with the deal when we sold the place, but I think it was lost during a major flood event a couple years ago. _________________ Casey--

That is wild. I plan on, if I get some property, of building a stable of Vanagons... No really a stable of all sorts. Looking for future donations.. . _________________ 1987 Vanagon GL 2.1 Flat Stanley (present)

He said he bought the TD engine conversion from a guy named Vic who wouldn't return his phone calls. An awful lot of work for a homely, overheating truck... Nice wheels though.

I don't get the black Playboy truck. How's it built for a singular purpose, if there is no soft flat horizontal surface for said purpose? I'd have made it bed from tailgate to front seats, nice stereo, and called it a better effort than theirs....
