Are you referring to the badge for the rare and highly sought after ORTER? (as in transp-orter) |

Now that would be rare and highly sought after. _________________ - Jim

Speaking of badge mods, many years ago I was behind a Chevrolet van with a badge that read HEVROLF. _________________ '87 Westy in Wolfram Grey Metallic |

Thanks for that; I was curious.
Well, if one had no better use for a front end crashed Westy, seems perfectly crommulent to me. Might do with some wheels or something. And maybe leave the stove unit in the stock location?

You misspelled ‘ cromulent’, but I only knew that because I had to look it up.

Oh yeah, so it was.
Not only would I move the stove back, I would embiggen that passage way from the cab. _________________ One of these days I'm gonna settle down,

That would make a cool trailer for my 1990 Westy, painted to match. Not for $3500, though. _________________ '90 White Westy ("Knarr")

I guess the online spelling I'd found of that word was the "slang" version ? but then I see this entry in Merriam:
https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/what-does-cromulent-mean
My spirit will be dis-embiggened if cromulent is now considered a legitimate word.
I looked for a "Simpsons" theme shame Vanagon but found this instead:

^^ well, I love that van. Although I’d probably try to make people call me B.A. or Hondo or Diamond Mike B. while I was in driving it so still winning? _________________ 1991 Vanagon GL 2.1 AT Westfauxlia. "Frankie" Totaled https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=764510&highlight=carnage
