Anyone running stock FI with a vac advance Mallory? If so, how did you get the can to clear the CSV, maintain enough sweep to dial in timing, etc. Did you have to dent the tin around the dist or? It's close, but I'm not seeing a way around some hammering - and I'd like another way.

Thanks,

Chris

I don't know the setup, but could you reindex the drive gear?

Yeah, I'm assuming the plug wires will go where they need to (reindexed) in order to get everything to fit - assuming it can to begin with.

Phil-

Thanks. The challenge is fitting the vac can next to the cold start valve used on the stock FI . . . but I think I may be able to weasel it in the way you have it. Good to know you can dial the timing in with the dist in that position.
