Mine was too long too, I also had to cut and dice. Like others say, you make it fit, I think all panels are like that, donor or NOS or repro. You are talking a 50 year old body that has flexed and shifted all over the place, I doubt anything is just going to slide right in there.
I like what you are doing on that 23, worrying about making things perfect usually results paralysis for most of us mere mortals. You have to have incredible skills, patience, time, experience and tools to get it perfect and I have none of those.

Nice progress
I still have the correct cargo door for you.
Just have to figure the logistics of getting it from here to Van.
Need to find a mule for the way back too, as Matt has some Carmel interior that needs to come back this way.

What do you need? Edmonton to Van? I know of an empty Tacoma headed from South Edmonton to Tsawassen in the next few weeks. Send me a PM if you want, I can make a call.

There is a serious need of some parts to be moved from/to Van, Calgary, Edmonton!

I will be traveling back and forth but in a small car packed with kids/family Smile If we could somehow get something setup for matt, myself, Riff Raff, etc that would be great!

I make that trip several times a year myself too, though won't be going until about May. I usually have room on board for reasonably sized items.

Doors are no biggie in my wagon with just the wife and I. Middle seats might even be doable. I've taken some large stuff in there in the past. I can contact you guys when it's closer to my travel times and see if anyone has any needs. We can always measure the object and measure my space ahead of time too.

Anyway, the offer is open.
